By bringing together all our athletes from across the territory we provide them with the opportunity to compete against one another and learn from each other over the course of the event. This weekend will consist of tachi waza (standing) and newaza (ground) shiai (fights) on day 1 followed by a dinner open to all athletes, volunteers and staff in the evening. Day 2, a technical training session will be offered by Executive Director of the NWTJA, Jean Pierre Cantin.
